Oftentimes, it is productive for us to conduct an audit of your marketing and sales activities using the Performance SystemTM as an outline. We do this on a visit to your site. We'll look over everything you're doing, and we'll examine your competitors. We'll write you a short report of recommendations, or we'll make a verbal presentation of our findings at your option. If you like, we'll help you implement the recommendations.
It normally takes one to two days on-site to conduct such an audit depending on the complexity of your situation. We will send you a comprehensive list of items that you can send us that will tell us a lot about how your marketing and sales activities are conducted. We'll study those items in advance, so we can hit the ground running when we visit you. We'll plan out our visit with you in advance so we make the best use of everybody's time.
Market Research Analysis & Study
The best money a homebulder or land developer can spend is to conduct a thorough study of the market in which the contemplated project will be undertaken. So many expensive mistakes can be avoided by knowing in advance what has the best chance of working given the general market conditions and specific competitive challenges your project will face.
Our market studies combine sophisticated analyses of secondary research data with a 100 percent lot-by-lot survey of competing products. We will tell you what is doing well and why. We will give you a competent prediction of future market trends, and we will recommend a specific course of action to you.
Performing these studies generally requires 3 to 5 days in your market and 3 to 4 weeks to compile information and generate our report. We will send you a detailed list of items we'll need, so you can start assembling them. That will save valuable time in the field.
